To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account using Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Pricing and Payment

The Service offers a one-time payment model. The current price is displayed on the website and may vary by currency. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect purchases already completed.

5. License and Ownership

Upon successful payment, you receive a lifetime commercial license for the generated brand assets. This license grants you:

Unlimited use for personal and commercial projects
The right to modify and adapt the generated assets
No attribution required
No recurring fees or royalties

You may not:

Resell or redistribute the raw generated assets as a product
Use the assets in a way that competes directly with OneMinuteBranding
Claim ownership of the underlying AI technology

6. Free Preview

Users may generate and preview brand variants for free. However, downloading high-resolution assets and obtaining the commercial license requires payment. Preview assets are watermarked and not licensed for commercial use.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Service and instant delivery, refunds are generally not provided once assets have been downloaded. However, if you experience technical issues preventing you from accessing your purchased content, please contact us at support@oneminutebranding.com within 14 days of purchase.

8. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate brand assets. While we strive for quality and originality:

We do not guarantee that generated content will be entirely unique
You are responsible for ensuring generated assets do not infringe on existing trademarks
We recommend conducting a trademark search before using generated logos commercially

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneMinuteBranding and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
